The Design Concept and Service Flow arm of our Agency is a “must have” for new homes builds and remodels alike. This on-site consultation interfaces the client and/or architects with our experts to facilitate service flow in the new home and provide advice for future functionality of the home and staff. Keeping the homeowner’s privacy, lifestyle desires and service functionality in mind, this offering is the epitome of advanced planning and trouble shooting. Design Concept and Service Flow Consultation will ultimately save the client both time and money by insuring that the home, including appliance and auxiliary equipment supports the client vision and service needs prior to completion. This offering typically takes one-two days on-site and a set of the proposed architectural plans should be made available prior to the visit.
