 Many of our clients find initial staff orientation/the first day or two of work to be uncomfortable and awkward as they are trying to articulate household expectations and at the same time trying to establish a good rapport with the new household employee. Usually, a formal orientation is desired by the client to best position the new employee to success with in the household.
Staff installation and orientation takes the burden of initial contact away from the owner and offers the new employee a professional and positive approach to professional standards. One of our experienced consultants accompanies the new staff member to the home to position him/her for success. The installation involves advance consultation with the homeowner and includes creating a viable job description, a sample day-in-the-life schedule and proper positioning to insure placement success.
