Client is looking for a full time couple to Live on a ranch in
Normandy Texas (1 and a half hours west of San Antonio
Texas...on the border of Mexico). This couple will be
managing the ranch and overseeing all employees on the property.
The ranch has various zoo like animals on it. This ranch
will have an expert to care for the animals.
The home on the property is around 20,000 square feet.

Couple Position |
Couple Team needed to maintain a 300 acre retreat
property in western Mass for a couple with two young
children living in Cambridge. This is a full-time
position for a dedicated team who are able to
provide daily care for 6-8 horses and various other
farm animals on the property including sheep,
chickens. Maintain owners' current 1,200sf
home on the property and the other structures on the
property; guest cottage, garage, and barn. Oversee
and liaison with family throughout construction of
7,500sf home and 500 sq ft studio. Must be able to
maintain and operate all necessary farm equipment
including researching new purchases, preventative
maintenance, troubleshooting and mechanical repairs.
Other responsibilities include full housekeeping
owners' home and other buildings on the farm,
shopping, stock staples and purchase fresh groceries
before arrival, laundry, assist with errands, care
of fences, security. Looking for a team with strong
equine skills and experience caring for a large
gentleman's farm. Beautiful home provided on the
property for couple. Compensation package will be
commensurate with experience.

We are looking for the best and the brightest candidates only.
This person will work directly for the firm’s CEO and manage and
maintain schedules, handle complex travel arrangements, and help
to maintain facilities and homes around the country. Significant
responsibility is entrusted to this individual.
This person will be part of a 4 person team, all of whom assist
the CEO in managing personal and business scheduling,
organizational matters, and travel. Travel to West Coast, New
York, and Europe is required. 24-7 blackberry availability is
required, although office hours are usually only 8am to 6pm,
Monday thru Friday plus approximately two weekend days a month.
Responsibilities may include:
• Coordinating complex travel arrangements involving large
groups of people, using private or chartered aircraft worldwide
• Assisting in general operational functions for the firm
• Maintaining very complex calendars and event schedules for
business and personal events
• Managing vendors and serving as a liaison
• Researching and developing new ideas and projects
• Managing high end properties throughout the country
The
successful candidate will:
• Have outstanding analytical, operation, and organization
skills
• Be highly proficient in Microsoft Office
• Preferably have a 4 year degree and have maintained a 3.0
GPA in both their major and in general coursework. Any major is

experienced, full-time housekeeper. Responsibilities will
include residential cleaning, dog-care, and running errands. No
childcare responsibilities. Five days a week, with regular
hours and benefits, starting as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
-Cleaning a primary residence and guest
home in Garrison, NY.
-Caring for and exercising a young dog on a
daily basis.
-Errand-running, including groceries, dry
cleaning, etc.
-Tidying home and stocking household
supplies on a daily basis.
-Laundry.
-Preparing home for guests and events.
-Coordinating with other household staff to
address any maintenance issues.
-Managing a household calendar and
coordinating deliveries, repairs, etc. with owners’ schedule.
-No childcare responsibilities.
Requirements:
-2+ years of relevant experience.
-Must love dogs and have some previous
experience caring for animals.
