Duties:

Cooking Breakfast, valet duties, errands, overseeing outside contractors, serving dinners, keep vehicles serviced and fueled, assist with Mr.'s schedule, taking care of guest, some light cleaning, etc.

There is a chef and housekeepers who work in the home as well.

You may live - in the home or live - out.  The housing is a nice suite on the second floor.  The client also offers insurance.

• Live-in (in NYC condominium) with the family in private room with private bathroom
• The family does not live in NY full time; they are in New York only intermittently (maybe 6 weeks per year) 
• There are 5 children, from 10 to 22, and the eldest is a student at an east coast college and will likely use the apartment the most. 
• The home is a duplex condominium in Manhattan  with terrace space
• Cooking is required – not a chef, but someone who can follow recipes and prepare meals according to direction
• Cleanup of kitchen after meals (home cooked and catered/delivered)
• Assistance with serving cleanup during events. 
• Shopping for household supplies and food
• Laundry
• Cleaning  - keeping an impeccable and sparkling home
• They must speak English very well
• Running miscellaneous errands – shopping for family needs as directed 

Basically the housekeeper will be incredibly busy for the time that the family is there (say a week or two at a time) and then not so busy during the many remaining weeks when the apartment is mostly empty. 

This is one of the greatest condos in New York City. 

Primary residence in NYC, weekends, summers and holidays spent in East Hampton.

Care of 2 girls;  age 11 (4.15.98) and age 5 (8.20.04)

 Seeking a live in, full charge Nanny to cover weekday and night shifts – Monday 8 am to Friday 2:00pm.

 Preferred candidate will have a minimum of 7-10 years experience, educational background a plus, basic computer skills to include e-mail, excel, basic calendar/contacts and scheduling programs, non smoking and a clean driving record. Applicant must have excellent organizational and time management skills.

 Single mother owns and runs a successful midtown  company and seeks a highly motivated, self starter who can manage the family’s busy schedules and day to day activities.

 Ability to anticipate this families needs and oversee all aspects of child/family care are paramount. The weekday Nanny (along with the weekend nanny) is responsible for planning and implementing the children’s lives pertaining to; school, medical/ dental, scheduling activities and appointments. She will oversee girls personal shopping such as school supplies, toiletries, uniforms. She will purchase clothing and arrange seasonal wardrobe selections, be responsible for closet organizing, grocery shopping, meal planning and preparation and oversee holiday and birthday gift shopping.

 Nanny is a trusted confidant to Mom regarding children’s educational and social development, in addition to providing a nurturing, fun, healthy and supportive environment she will also implement boundaries and set limits for the girls and aid with their social development. She works closely with schools, tutors, therapists and other household/office staff. She will pack and prepare children for trips, be available to travel (at times internationally) plan and implement children’s parties and social activities, research schools, clubs, tutors, summer camps, classes and secure professional instructors thereto. She will prepare all applications and paperwork relative to school, camp and club enrollment. Assist with homework, transport children to and from activities, update photo albums /scrapbooks, administer medication and fill prescriptions as needed.

 Daily responsibilities such as getting the girls up and off to school, assisting with homework, participation in clubs and activities, arranging and hosting play dates, preparing nutritious meals, bathing and bedtime routines are of course part of her every day role. 

 The Nanny maintains close contact with Mom and her PA on all issues.

$80,000 to $90,000 salary with health insurance and 401k

Single gentleman is looking for an estate manager for his properties in Chicago and Indiana.  Must have extensive experience.  Military background is a plus.
